Everything You Need To Know About Australian Olympic Weightlifting
The Queensland Weightlifting Association has a great website that can inform you about some of Australia's most skilled weightlifters. The main idea behind the QWA is to train and coach athletes who wish to pursue careers in professional and Olympic weightlifting. They claim that they can provide training to both men and women of various ages, and they wish to help promote the sport as a positive and healthy activity.I really enjoyed my initial visit to this website because it gave me some insight into the minds of weightlifters from a distant land. The website has several interviews from many of Australia's best weightlifters. There is also a library of articles that can help inform fellow athletes about things like practice, nutrition, drug testing, creatine, training programs and much more.
I really think that lifters of all skill levels will enjoy this website. Visit www.qwa.org and dig in! The QWA has a lot of free information to share with the world and we can all benefit from it in one way or another.
