Know the History of Olympic Weightlifting
If you have a real interest in weightlifting as a sport or a passion, then you will certainly get a kick out of this website. If you are a weightlifting enthusiast simply for its strength benefits then you might not enjoy the link that I am going to share with you. In any case, I found a great website that is dedicated to telling the story of Olympic weightlifting."Lift Up" is the name of the website, and it was created by a man named Arthur R. Chidlovski who was a competitive weightlifter during his teenage years. Although he had to retire from the sport at age 22, and never got the chance to compete in the Olympics, he has a true passion for the sport and decided to create a website dedicated to the history of Olympic Weightlifting. The obvious love that Mr. Chidlovski has for this sport is enough proof that the website is a legitimate one, and when you visit it you will see that for yourself.
Check out www.chidlovski.net/liftup to learn about the history of this great sport. Be sure to click the link at the top titled, "About" which tells a little bit about the dedicated man who created the "Lift Up" project.

As someone who covers all things weightlifting I wanted to see if you had heard about Casey Burgener & Natalie Woolfolk? Not only have they both qualified for Beijing Olympics they were also engaged last week.
If you would be interested in sharing this information with your readers I would be happy to provide you with details and photos.
